OK, here's another designed for a specific purpose, the idea being that with a solar panel mounted on the roof of the van and wired as such when the engine is off the solar panel would continue to trickle charge the aux battery, but when the engine is running then the vehicle charging system takes over, again a simple system which should easily be within the grasp of any reasonably competent DIYer with parts available easy enough from car parts outlets or breakers. |
